here is our new car. we had a tyre problem with our mustang V8

which featured in death valley. i cannot belive that peter saville

would design something so very, very ugly.

there are so many vista points along highway one, here was one which

led down to a beautiful beach. coastal fog on the road in the distance.

and here is the beach.

and here is the famous bixby creek bridge.

the hole in the rock here was eaten away by californian sea crabs.

and further down highway one... we came across these elephant seals.

truly amazing and unexpected. they had come from alaska to moult.

we picked up a copy of e-seal news, this chap is the editor.

these two were fighting over the front pahe headline.
